This Sulphur Crested Cockatoo was hoping for a feed & with my 60mm macro lens on I got this shot (slightly cropped).

When he felt uncomfortable with me approaching (without food) he moved further away so I got out the big gun out (50-200 SWD lens) & got this shot (also cropped a little).

Both images were processed in Capture One 8 & resized in OV3.
Thanks for looking.

Thankfully they don't do that all the time & I did have a pair that hung around a lot of the time (when I kept putting food out on a more regular basis) & often if I get a visit from the King Parrots they seem to show up from nowhere as well as soon as the food is put out. Actually, I can hear them in the distance right now (probably pestering someone else for food
).
