Lovely muted colours give it a great atmosphere; add in the superb composition and its a great shot.

I must say, that new 40-150 looks really nice and I like the non-extending zoom design. However, at £1400 with the TC, it's 4 times the price of what I paid for the 40-500 (older, non-SWD) including the adapter.
Also, the older lens still has it beat in the aperture department - the new lens (with the TC) is a 70-210 f4 as opposed to the older lens which is a 50-200 f2.8-f3.5. Not a big difference at the long end I grant you, but almost a stop faster at the shorter end.
