I agree...I bid initially but have been outbid but also check elsewhere so knew Bristol cameras were close on price. Does anyone know if Bristol cameras is a good shop to deal with? A price comparison site has lower ratings from buyers

I've bought from them before and not had any problems although I seem to recall others saying sometimes they sell what they don't yet have into stock so maybe check this?

They answer the phone when you call, and have previously confirmed to me they are official Olympus UK retailers buying their stock from the UK not abroad.

As long as they can deliver when you want your item, I see no reason not to buy from them.

I bought a Velbon CF tripod off them but confirmed they had it in stock before paying.
They delivered promptly with no fuss. I'd use them again with the caveat that I'd make sure the item is in stock and they can offer a sensible delivery date.

I've tried to buy from them a few times but never found any actual stock. No problems getting refunds, though.

I've also had a problem with my one and only (after the problems) purchase from them.
