We are extending our stay in Michigan (yay) because we hit a deer in our car (boo). I don't know how the deer came out of it, but we're fine and insurance will cover it. Just have to wait for the repairs...10 days or so.

The conditions this morning were pretty good. Cold and just the light fog over the lake. Not much wind. Just walking out there, though … it’s a narrow break walk with basically a sidewalk at the top. Any wind or waves and it would be a hard pass for me.
