Yes, there have been some birds around, but only a few & not where I could get much of or any view of them, however, these birds weren't exactly posing out in the open either.
First there was this immature male King Parrot feeding in a Pittosporum undulatum (Sweet pittosporum) tree.
Then this Little Wattlebird came to join the party.
Then I heard the Bower birds & noticed the mature male had decided to build his bower on the path in the pile of weeds waiting to be taken up to the green bin, but ........
Then I caught site of a female in a nearby tree.
She came down to check out his bower (where he seduces the willing females).
And of course he comes down to see the 'beauty' visiting his bower & then decides on which gift to pick up first.
