What's the Problem ? You tell me. ALL my JPGS are size of 1600x1200 for Web & Club comps. Always shows full size at 300ppi. Even in here until this site went downhill.
No matter whether I use 'Fastone viewer' or 'photoshop' they come out thumb size. This is the only site that happens to me. I have also used 'Exif Pilot' same, same. same. I have 19 hard drives with Thousands of images where ALL my JPGs are same size, so are you trying to say that my JPGs for this site should be same size as my TIFF files ??? Upto 4942 or higher pixels. NOT going to happen. HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Dennis. Keep it cool.. The uploading problemis nothing to do with size. It seems to be a change in the XMP part of the the EXIF.

The subject has been well covered here on several threads if you care to read them.

If you have Exif Pilot, run the programme, and choose the file you wish to upload. Then, you can delete the XMP part of the Jpeg. (Top Left hand menu)

The files will then upload here at whatever size you choose.

Actually, if you have succesfully uploaded the thumbnails, then I see no reason whay you cannot choose the bigger sizes.

Just in case ypou have not worked that out, this how you do it...

Use the UPLOAD ATTACHMENTS button, choose the file/photo you want to upload, OPEN it, and it will give you the size choice, from thumbnail to 1600 pixels on the longest edge. This is standard procedure, nothing has changed here.

The advantage of using EXIF PILOT, is that the file retains its EXIF, with all the required fields, except to XMP.

Please don't rant, there is no reason to do that, and it leaves a little bit of a bitter taste.....................

How did you upload those thumbnails???

I see you have a Flickr account. You can upload/copy the BBcode from there without a problem.......

I'm afraid I not used Flickr in a few years now. I not even uploaded to my own Website in two years. Not uploaded anything to my Zenfolio either. Laziness I guess.Only from my PC I'm afraid. I'll up-load with small thumbs and you'll have to click them if that is OK. At least until I can solve it my side. Many Thanks for your Kind Help.
