So lucky yesterday to see the star sighting of the day - 7 Purple Sandpipers close up amongst a group of Turnstones in Bridlington on the shoreline near the Spa. A rare visitor and great to see - especially up so close and active.
OM-1ii with the fantastic 15-600mm lens and the 1.4x converter. Was yet another cloudy, gloomy day and so 1600 ISO 1/250th sec f8.4 but so close (at 6m and then 7m) so the zoom was only used at 300mm + 450mm acc to the EXIF data
