Amanda, Ed, John, painting is on hold until after a visit to the dentist's this morning ... I'm a total wuss where dentists are concerned.

                  Thanks all.

Edit: The dentist called 45 mins prior to my appointment to ask if I would mind a postponement until Apr 13 as she had an emergency case just come in. Reprieve!

It is with deep regret that the air ministry has to announce that Spitfire VIII RG-V of "Grey Nurse" Squadron failed to clear the runway, its pilot, Flt Lt Greenhill suffered major injuries to his pride and was transported by field ambulance to the base hospital for counselling and debriefing by experienced nurses who applied mouth to mouth resuscitation. He is recovering very, very slowly. Unfortunately the airplane was beyond repair and scrapped.

Sorry to hear that, Mark, it looked very promising.

I'm sorry to hear that Mark, but I hope the mouth to mouth resuscitation was more than worth it. Or was that just in your dreams?

Sorry to hear of you own personal air disaster Mark. Hope you get back in the pilots seat soon. When you've had enough of the resuscitation that is

What was it about the painting that reminded you?
