    Thanks for this Peter, I agree that everything has been done very tastefully in Rye. I believe there are very strict controls on what you can and cannot do.

      A cracking set Andy, you do make the place look good!

      Pity it's such a trial to get to from Northumberland, loos well worth a visit.

          I sat in that very bar in winter with a huge fire going in the grate, it was a bit too warm.
          Also sat on the back terrace in summer, lovely.
