How nice is that! What did you use to keep track of the comet over the 11 exposures? I was having a look at this and had actually put it on my Amazon Christmas wish list (without result I regret to say) :

So presumably it is some kind of motorised system that allows the camera to track the stars and then you add the images together? Do you have a shot of the setup?

I use one of these on a old tripod Polar alignment. Is the main problem. I like the look of the Vixen tracker.
I am at the beginning of this journey but I switch off noise reduction, take the images, the withe lens cap on take 10 or so images for dark subtraction, then flat frames and push it all through deepsky stacker.
I will reprocess the data to get better detail at some pointchris
