  • A walk across the Thames

After a meal in China Town we wandered down to Charing Cross and over the river to visit the Winter Fair on the south side. Here are a few shots I took along the way. First, the recently opened Corinthia Hotel at the bottom of Norhtumberland Avenue:

Next, the Embankment and Palace of Westminster from the upstream railway footbridge:

Finally, the London Eye and part of the Winter Fair:

All taken with the E-M1 and 12-40mm f/2.8 with minimal processing in Olympus Viewer 3. I continue to be amazed at how effective the image stabilisation is and I'm also impressed with the colours captured

    Cheers,

    JohnGG
