On our return from SRS Watford yesterday afternoon it was grey and drizzly, so no point in venturing out and today was similar this morning but you can't just sit indoors all day with a new camera so we didn't. The sun shone some of the time but there were also threatening clouds most of the time (not now, of course, the evening sky is clearing!).
Anyway just three taken on a walk back along the towpath.
The first taken as we began the trek back -this was taken with the 12-50 mm lens which I have been using for some time. Not too bad - as Barrie was feeling somewhat 'under the weather' today and sitting at a lock being photographed was probably not high on his agenda! -
1.

The next two were taken with the 75-300 mm lens and although I have yet to try the lens on true BIF (can't really count these ridiculous ducks who were having a game this afternoon), I think I am going to love this lens. I have been using the 70-300 mm more than any other but it does hunt and the 75-300 mm seems much more responsive.
2.

and finally -
I have the power!
3.

All taken with the OM-D E-M1, 12-50 mm for the first and 75-300 mm for the second and third.

Ann1e
