Nice set of images Brian, I really like the second to last lighthouse shot (No. 5) with the sun through the mist and the light shining - very effective and lovely tones.
I also like the foreground of the last shot too, but the dark band is quite distracting especially on this laptop which isn't letting me see any detail to tell what the band is.
Nos 8 & 9 are not my cup of tea, but the lighthouse is a fantastic subject, it does look like a tricky route to reach it!

Yes it's no 5 for me too that's really nice. I like the last one too but I'd crop the top part off to concentrate on the birds on the shore.

A great set. The first shots of the lighthouse give a good impression of how exposed and bleak it is and how much weather it has to cope with. I love the backlit shore with the birds feeding, but as others have said, the dark band is rather a distraction. Is there any scope for lifting it up in post-processing?

Brian, FAB set of iames5 is my FAV, I feel I want to "lift" the lighthouse and foreground to show a little more detail
