Just returned from a long trip to Hong Kong and Australia. First long trip using my OMD rather than the usual weapons of E620 or E5 plus lenses. Have to say it was a liberating experience to have only the OMD and a couple of m4/3 lenses to cart around during the day. Needless to say camera peformance was exemplary.
Part of my tour was to the Barossa Valley wine region, aiming for the town of Tanunda. By coincidence I arrived on the day of the annual classic American car and Hot Rod gathering - unbelievably some 500 cars and thousands of people take over the small town. These cars have an incredible support in South Australia with many currently being imported from the States due to the strength of the Australian dollar.
Anyway here a few shots of these well prepared cars taken with the dramatic tone filter - which I happen to really like with these cars' colours and the lighting:
