Looking through the pictures that Freya, Debbie and I took at the Raptor Foundation it's clear that Freya got most of the best shots, many of which have already been posted in a seperate thread.
That just leaves me with the scraps, but here goes!
With both my long zooms claimed by the girls, that left me with a Sigma 105mm macro as my longest lens but it was OK for static, tethered birds. Shame I didn't stop down beyond f2.8 for many of my shots, I might have got more than just the eyes in focus!



After a while I took refuge in the reptile house where the macro was ideal. Shame the light was so poor, but I didn't think this one was too bad at ISO 3200, 1/60th @ f4 on the E-3. No noise filter either.

Back outside I trained my lens on these lillies in a small pond.


At the flying display I was quite pleased with this portrait

And I didn't think this shot of a bird catching the lure was too bad considering it was taken with the 14-54mm, although it needed a bit of cropping
