Phil. I was using a ball head with the camera turned on its side. The camera was attached via its HLD-4 grip, so it was quite far off the turning axis.
I used a 14-35, @14mm and used five shots, with the same exposure. I processed one frame in Lightroom and then synchronised the adjustments of all five and exported to Photoshop CS3 where I used Photomerge to stitch the five shots together. Photomerge is not regarded as a very good stitcher, but it has improved over the years and I'm very pleased with the result here.
