Re: San Francisco Bay
Beautiful place. We were there in June last year, took a trip to Sausalito and Muir woods... WALKED across the Golden Gate Bridge (that was scarey with the bikes weaving in and out of the walkers as fast as they were going.)Tracey Jones
Its a shame that humans dont come with autofocus, like cameras do!

Re: San Francisco Bay
We visited almost 3 years ago now. Really enjoyed it. I was wondering where this is in relation to Vista Point?
We had a fantastic burger on sourdough bread in Sausalito. It's still the best burger I've ever had!
I look forward to seeing more shots of your locality!

Re: San Francisco Bay
Nice view, Stewart - brings back memories of our trip to California in 2004 for our son's wedding in San Diego. We then spent some time touring and had a few days in San Francisco, where our son's sister-in-law teaches. Our son and family are on holiday in Huntington Beach at present staying with his in-laws.

Re: San Francisco Bay
Thought I'd round this out by adding something for those who have fond memories of walking across. I also walked across, on my way home, dodging bicycles and pedestrians alike. Due to construction, all bike and foot traffic is routed to the east side, so it's lovely mayhem out there in the middle. Oh, should add: is one of the first photos with my new E-1...
