BTW, kangaroo mince is very low in fat but a bit strong for use in spaghetti bolognaise, but makes great burgers (we can buy this in some of our super markets all the time).

Yes Ross, Coles supermarkets stock roo and emu meat - I use roo mince for my spag bol sauce - I also do a mean spag marina sauce laced with NZ Green Mussels ... uh oh, them Kiwis again and prime roo steaks are deelish, but expensive.
