We had out first sprouts of the season this evening. Oh, what a wonderful thing the humble sprout is!

Now sprout lovers - have you tried your sprouts with a dab of Marmite on them?? Mmmm mmm mmmm. Excellent.

Just think, you can now alienate 75% of the population in one go with this trick :-)

olive oil, garlic, black pepper, chilli pepper...warm til the garlic is starting to brown...add in finely chopped sprouts...turn up the heat... 30 seconds later poor over cooked pasta...

For me, Sprouts roasted with shallots & served with pomegranate seeds and toasted walnuts.

Perhaps we should start another board off the lounge and call it "The Dining Room"
