Well, it looks like a side, or even roof with skylight, of a garden shed ....... but I bet it isn't 😊😊

Well it looks like a timber frame with a fabric coveriing so I am going for a camouflaged bird hide. (Remember where you left it or you'll never find it again.) I like the Punch and Judy guess though.

It is coming on, cant believe how much timber cost now. , two ends, roof, floor, door and glass to go , hot in the shed, Cider helps!

Assuming it is indeed a hide, don't you need a low just above ground window for those really low shots of birds on the ground? Combined of course with a second low seat and using the camera's screen for viewing etc.

I keep thinking about a low hole for the lens but using the 150-400 it compresses top to bottom so does not look so bad, problem is getting up again!! I can tether camera to my laptop and use that to save my knees.

That's the trouble when you get past a certain age; getting down becomes a major undertaking which requires planning! 😏 😃

It looks impressive. Definitely better to build your own but wood is expensive you are right.

I saw it and I was thinking that is a side of a shed, but that would have been to obvious i though. Just a side note your cladding should not be straight on the membrane, it should have a batten first to allow for airflow behind the cladding.

Here the beginnings of my little shed

I agree about the membrane but should be OK , few gaps in cladding here and there

Yes will be fine, it just lasts longer with the gap.

I am sure it will be OK, not as if I am living in it - then again! I will put some insulation under the floor and the roof but may leave the rest- undecided on that at this stage

Very impressive! Although I think they should really be called "Pottering sheds"
