  • OI Share App now finally supports multiple registered cameras

I've just seen that you can now register up to 10 cameras with the OM phone app. This was mentioned as being in the works when I went to the Photography Show back in March.

After registering you can pull up the menu tab at the bottom of the main screen and choose which camera to connect with the cog.

This will save a lot of time if you use it with multiple cameras as you had to keep re- registering the desired camera previously.

That's good news. I hated having to re-register from camera to camera.

Maybe I was fortunate, I have my OM1, EM1i, EM5ii and Stylus1 all sharing that OI Share.

Finally. This used to drive me mad when swapping between 2 cameras just to use the GPS logging feature.

Thanks for posting that Bill. My IO Share app had updated automatically, but I hadn't bothered to check the changes. A very useful change!

              Good find Bill.

I'd noticed that it had been automatically updated, but not having a camera to connect to at the moment I haven't been able to test it. 😖😣
