Grey imports, delivered via FED Ex from HK. Reviews are generally good, with some negative points.
No telephone number, only email support, which is said to be slow. No UK warranty, return to them for warranty. Which I believe is the same as HDEW.

I'm always wary of reviews that are designed to allay fears and induce potential customers to take the plunge. Lots of them for Grandy's, and all 5 stars of course.

Re HDEW: the last time I checked, they said they use Johnstone's in Glasgow for repairs (as do Cotswold).

I don't believe a lot of the Trust Pilot reviews. Once a restaurant got a bad review what it hadn't even opened yet. I always look around for other comments on sites. They are normally from people look for advice before buying. Generally it was OK. Personally I wouldn't buy a Grey import.

They do offer local pickup, but not from the business address on the page.
The pickup address comes up as a Costco in Bristol.
Their other prices seem fair for grey imports, so I suspect a typo, which they are not obliged to honour as far as I'm aware.

well, i tried it AND, months later they have decided that they cannot deliver it at that price and I have got the monies refunded to my credit card ;-(
