Thanks Dave. If I had ever known that tip I have since forgotten it. Assigning the lens button to focus limiting is useful as it prevents you from changing the focus limiter switch and then forgetting to change it back again. The range choices are slightly different from those on the switch too. I see that Tesni appears to have taped over her switch to prevent from being moved accidentally.
The focus limiting works really well - setting it up requires more info than is available out of the camera (mkii) as you really need to see the focal distance to get the best out of it.
