SOLVED OM Systems guarantee buying from Amazon

I’m not a fan of shopping at Amazon rather than a local camera shop but sometimes there are great deals. I spotted a 20mm f1.4 today for £435 after a promotional voucher was added.

I know Amazon are not an approved retailer so OM Systems £100 cash back wouldn’t apply, but as a brand new item from Amazon (not 3rd party seller), it would still be covered by an OM systems warranty?

Am I understanding this correctly? Thanks all.

I thought OM System had an Amazon shop? In the past, you had to be sure that you weren't buying from a grey seller on Amazon.

They certainly appear to; Amazon were recognised by Olympus as official, as I have previously claimed cash back as well as EU warranty

The response from OM System was - buying from Amazon excludes the cashback deals but you do get the same warranty.
