Lexar 64Gb UHS-II 150Mb/s for �29.99

This looks to be a good deal at under 30 quid for a Lexar 64GB SDXC UHS-II Card in Eco-Friendly Packaging, sold and delivered by Amazon:

In real-life use in the E-M1ii I find these just as speedy as the 300Mb/s version (of which I have one) and they're a lot cheaper. Other capacities also available via that link, but they're not such good value IMHO.

I find it interesting that you find the speed comparable between the versions in an E-M1-ii. If you are referring to write speeds, this implies that the camera may be setting a limit rather than the card. Do you have any comparative timings for particular types of data? It's of interest to me as I currently use Lexar 150MB/s cards in the same camera.

Must resist....must resist....

I bought mine to speed up the process of 'stacking' for macro photography. The 150MB/s UHS-II card reduced a frustratingly long wait to acceptable.



If your current card is adequate for the type of photography you do, then carry on resisting but, in my own case, I found these cards provide a considerable advantage.



It's a pity that smaller sizes don't seem to be available (at correspondingly lower prices) since, for still photography, I like 16MB capacity because it does not hold "too many eggs in one basket"
