E-M5 Mk2 - assign metering mode to Fn button

Hi,


I have just bought an E-M5 Mk2, having previously owned the Mk1 and then trying the X-T1 for about a year.

Had forgotten how complicated these Olympus menus were...

Is there a way to assign metering mode selection to an Fn button?
I cycle a lot between ESP and Spot and it would be nice to be able to do this without taking my eye off the viewfinder.

"With the AEL you can determine what metering method is used. I have my Red Video button for AEL and Spot Metering."


I wonder where Olympus gets their designers...have they ever used a camera?

I have my AEL set to Spot Metering. Also, don't forget, that can also be set with + or - as well. My reasoning, why do I want AEL in the first place? When I have difficulty with surrounding light, is my answer & Spot Metering solves that, & with it tailored to the level I normally want.
