I would go for the Sandisk every time. It's the write speed you need to consider.
The Sandisk quotes 260MB/s write speed, I couldn't see where the Lexar mentions the write speed.
I have had the Sandisk 64Gb version in my EM1ii for 5 years now and (touch wood) have only the best things to say about it. I have had problems with Lexar.

I've had a 32GB Sandisk UHS-II (came as a bonus) in the E-M1 II since I've had it & now have bought two 64GB Sandisk cards for the OM-1 (stills card 1 & video card 2 with auto overflow). I had a couple of small issues when I used the 32GB in the OM-1 to start with, only because I did something to disrupt writing after a video or sequence. It got sorted after a format though.

I use two 32GB Sandisk UHS-II 300MB/s in my OM-1

Dave in Wales I get a little 'snap happy' when I go places & end up filling up one 32GB card & start filling up the next. At least having two 64GB cards I am coping.

I’ve got a Sandisk 128gb 300 in my OM1 but find the buffering stops at around 90, on both low and high sequential,
following the blog that was posted and seeing comments in this thread,
id be interesting to know roughly how many shots are buffered with different memory cards.
I missed a kingfisher hunting the other day as I pressed the too soon, I got it hitting the water but not exiting, a few more shots would have done it. 😄😄
it intrigues me that card can have the same specs but some are better than others.
