I have the Hadley pro which will fit EM5 mkii with 12-40, 14-150 (same size as 40-150), 12-50 (similar to extension tubes ?), T32 flash and Panasonic 100 300 in the main compartment with room in the front pockets for filters, batteries etc so may be a little bigger than you want.
This video compares the 2 bags and the guy is using EM1 & 12-40 plus flash and 60mm and small primes in the small bag. https://youtu.be/3I9DdK1JsHE

Looking for space other than the camera? Do you want something that doesn't scream camera bag?
Lowepro passport sling (older ones can be had for peanuts these days) and a tin of shoe/coat waterproofing spray
My first generation easily takes EM10, 12-40, 40-150R, a filter case, batteries etc. in the camera box part and still has loads of room inside and more volume can be had by opening the extension area by zip.
I keep thinking of getting one of those small padded camera boxes to go inside it as mine only has the big box compartment which is a little on the large side for my usual kit - the newer ones have a collapsible box which better suits m43 kit for on the go.
Upside is I can throw my tripod in there and wrap the camera/lenses in pouches and still have plenty of room for whatever I need on a day to day.
EDIT: I keep some silica bags under the padded box when I'm out and about for peace of mind.
I have a Tamrac Rally 2 atm which I normally use but I wnat to be able to carry gear for macro which includes a flash
I also want filters which I struggle to include.
I fancy the Tamrac Apache 2

The Apache looks to be a nice bag. The dimensions of the apache 2 are slightly smaller than the rally 2 though; the apache 4 perhaps if you need extra room?
No comments or interest in the 'cheap as chips' 7dayshop Canvas Photo Messenger Shoulder Bag, then?

Have a comment from me then
I've got one and think it's wonderful value for money, but might be a bit big for what Alfbranch wants to carry.
It will comfortably take EM-1 with 100-300mm on one side, EM-5 with 12-40mm F2.8 on the other, and 7-14mm between them. (A little Poundland neoprene zip bag holds a set of spare batteries in the section with the wide angle)
Lots of room left in the four main pockets for more batteries, a phone etc, and space for paperwork and a 7" tablet as well.
I also carry a pair of 8x32, or 10x40 binoculars under the top flap.
I was actually thinking of getting a second one to use as a shoulder bag, with the padded inserts removed, for when I want to nip out on one of the motorbikes to do some shopping.
EM-1 with 12-40, 4/3 40-150, Oly 600R flash, Microfibre cloths, remote, Grey Card on strap, SRB 10 Stopper, Canon 500D close-up lens, Lens body cap,Batteries for flash and camera. Still room inside the bag.
The bag is very lightweight and comes with a waterproof cover.
I'm really pleased with the quality of the bag and it will also take an iPad 2 in the inside back pocket (the filters and Grey card are packed there in the photo).
Hope this gives you food for thought.
Tom

Well Jim, mine arrived today and having just unwrapped it I must say I am very, very impressed with the quality. We will see if I feel the same after I have used it to a while.
I have to agree with Bill, it is perhaps a bit too big for the kit Alf has in mind.

Ordered one this afternoon.
I've looked at these before with interest but never got a round tuit. However at the current price it's moved from the "interesting" to "no brainer" category.
Thanks for the reminder Jim.

she looked at me and said "It's official. I hate your camera. It's just so amazing and perfect I want one!"

Another thank you to Jim! I've just ordered mine from 7Dayshop.
Alf - I've just used my Tamrac bag (not certain which model) for a weeks holiday away with the E-M1 with 12-50mm fitted, and 40-150mm f4-5.6 and a pana 100-300mm in. There was space for some filters and batteries in the front pocket too. This allowed me to cover every focal length from 12-300mm in a bag the wife would walk next to me while I was carrying.
The 12-40mm is a fair bit wider than the 12-50mm, but depending on the size of the flash you should be able to get everything into the same size bag as mine, if the flash and the extension rings will fit into one side.
