    Early morning walk

    It has been a little repetitive walking in the small country park 100m W of where I live so I decided to go E along the canal and back over the hill. This is popular area so I went at sunrise to avoid distancing problems.
    All with Pen-F and 40-150 R except the treee - 17mm 1.8.

    On Golden Pond The resident swans normally nest at the W end of the reservoir near the L clump of reeds... but for some reason have chosen the E end quite close to the path. Probably because it's nearer to the Post Office/village shop - they often waddle over there with their brood! Dabbling Ducks. Grainy shot. Early morning bath for Roland. A couple of relections The path is clear The bluebells are out Spot the nest builder on the Castle... and a tree to end with.

    Looks like a nice walk Andy, I especially like no.5. I miss not having a canal nearby!
