I think this is the right place for this.
A couple of years ago, a rather fine Aquilegia/ Columbine, about a metre high, grew out of a gap in the slabs in front of the conservatory.
I decided to photograph it.
In daylight it doesn't come out too well, the brick at the back is too distracting, its too close to get the bricks out of focus and trying a black backdrop didn't work either.

I had a rethink.
At about 10pm I went out and set up.
Black backdrop taped to the conservatory window and hiding the brickwork.
Camera on tripod EM-1 MkII with 12-100mm F2.8.
2 Flashguns with RC just camera side of right angle to camera plant line.
It also permitted a smaller aperture and consequent larger depth of Focus.
The result.

Have fun on the dim summer evenings.
