Firmware updates

Hi All
I've been trying to update the Firmware on my 50-200 SWD from 1.0 to 1.1.
I've used the Olympus Master software plug in lead to my e520 with lens attached switch on camera.Camera is found OK but just get message that camera already has latest version and does not need updating no mention of attached lens. Any ideas???
The lens is brill just been on holiday to Algarve and got some superb photos.Pin sharp when I've figured out how to post photo's I'll upload some.

I get the same. The lens has version 1.0 on it yet when I connect through Master or Studio I am told the firmware is the current version. The Oly website states 1.1 is the latest for the 50-200 SWD

Phew thanks for that thought I was going mad tried to do it sorry fix it for 2 hours. I'll e-mail Oly or should I bother.
Cracking lens though isn't it.

This page only shows 1.1 for the original 50-200. There's no listing for the 50-200SWD so I assume that's still on version 1.

Ah, OK. I was looking at this page Olympus Firmware Update If you click on the 50-200mm SWD link it takes you to the old lens.

So it looks like the newer lens is still on the original load.
