  • Live @ 9:30 AM (London Time) today (23rd Feb): Unboxing Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 150-400mm

Many folks are anticipating this lens or curious about it, hence posting the event here.

Posting an FB link as thats the only one I got a hold of. Not an FB user myself.. so hoping there's a YouTube link later. If they release a YouTube link I will post it as a comment later.

The live unboxing will be done by Girish Vaze, and will be live streamed at https://www.facebook.com/olympuspro

His sample/test images from the 150-400 with TC and for comparison with the 300F4 are at: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/f...vm9vy8jjzNK4PE

Should anyone have questions for him after the event, his blog is https://glimpsesofnature.net/blog/ and he's also got a running thread on DPR about the lens.

The audio quality is so poor that I've lost patience and given up. I assume any possible YouTube video will have the same problem... Such a pity as the lens seems amazing.

Poor audio quality, vertical and limited to Facebook members ? I hope we don't.

I used to enjoy watching instructional videos on YouTube but the fashion now seems to be very loud music playing in the background which makes the commentary virtually inaudible.

It seems people think the only skill required to produce an enjoyable video is a camera and microphone
