PENF EVF problem

Does anyone know how to stop the PENF EVF dimming after a few seconds. Makes it unusable and I hate LCD screens.

i love the PENF. So sensible to not have a pentaprism top cap when it's not needed. I believe the problem for Olympus/OM is that the nerds won't buy a camera without one. Go figure.

I sometimes get this sort of problem with the OM-5. Unsure how to fix it though...
