It was posted on YouTube six days ago, so it's not exactly a new story/rumour, but as I can't find any mention of this news on this forum I thought I'd better share it. For whatever it's worth...
Last Tuesday I celebrated my 78tth birthday. I am pretty fit but getting some worn out parts - in fact today I walked some 5 miles along the canal (pics to follow elsewhere on the site) and had to leave the EM1X at home. My finger which uses the trigger button has now got quite painful rheumatism methinks.
I am thinking of replacing my EM1 Mkll which is well beyond its sell by date through over use.
I have both the Mk II and Mk III. I think the Mk III is a bit better but certainly if you love your Mk II then you should be happy with the Mk III as a worthy successor.

Will the Mklll be a worthy replacement?
Happy birthday Barrie! Many happy returns and may that shutter finger get well soon! ๐๐
