I will defer to the members who actually live in Edinburgh to this, as I live and work about 12 miles outside, but off the top of my head - Edinburgh Old Town? Edinburgh Castle? A few years ago (about 2008 if I recall) Olympus held a workshop in Edinburgh Zoo which I attended.
