          Seriously, I haven't heard of him but will google.

          This is an inverted reflection which I "saw" in a pond. I liked how the leaves on the surface slowly swirled in a circular direction and decided to use a long exposure so that they blurred into long trails. I didn't have an ND filter but I did have an R72, which kind of made the decision to process as B&W from the raw file. If you study the exif you may well wonder why, when I wanted a long exposure, I shot at ISO 400. I wonder that myself.
