    Another "cracker" Paul ,

I don't want to appear to be 'picky' with consecutive images you've posted but for me the only ( and it's minor ) thing I would change is to darken the green in the background. It is not initially distracting because your granddaughters eyes are so sharp you are immediately drawn to them, as it should be with portraits. It is when you look 'further' that the green catches my eye, but hey this is a minor detail for it is still a STUNNING capture and one to be very proud of, I certainly would be.

    Well done I say

I am surprised that there have been no further comments as IMO this really is an excellent portrait and worthy of much more praise than just that from myself and Moss. So come-on folks spare a moment and let Paul know what 'you' think of it

Its all in the "Genes" this little lady and her sisters are quite stunning !

Not only has young Chelsea eyes with natural magic flickering in them, she has so much personality it oooozes as she naturally looks about and is captured by one who is patient, proud so very proud and "clicks" to capture Her "Peaches & Cream" complexion ; her wonderful shaped face ; her glistening healthy wavy hair - her cute "sweetheart" lips. Is she a contender for "Little Miss Pears" ?

I do not think she is posing at all, just natural and thats why Paul gets so many great shots

ps nothing to do with Pauls Togging ability or Kit, just Chelsea

pps OK its a bit about the backdrop ...

ppps and maybe a bit of light here and there

pppps even a setting here and there or more

                      Hi there Simon!

I think the problem may well be it's in looking for improvement and many of us simply can't think of any way it could be improved!

I totally agree that it is a fabulous portrait, and would love to be able to do something similar myself but simply haven't got the skills (I can't even stop my kids from pulling tongues the moment they see my camera!)

                      Hi there Paul!

Another fabulous portrait - keep them coming to give us mortals something to aspire to!

                      Cheers,

                      Ralph

I won't even begin to try to improve it, instead I'll just stand back and admire!

                          Me too, quite masterful.
Like Simon, the green does distract a little, but small points department.

Thank you Chevvy, Ralph, John and Lyn.

I have gone along with the consensus on the green highlights and toned them down.

Of course a easier way to avoid it would be a mono conversion, but I think I prefer the colour.

                            Regards Paul.

                              That's perfect Paul!
The mono is a charming study too, but you just have to love the colour with those dancing beautiful eyes!
