Bubbles

This is my first try to load in photo file. This months photo club had Bubbles as the theme. I like the 1st one but wanted to know if the line going across the groovy bubble with all the color screws up the photo. It would be a tough one to Photoshop out. I used a vase on the 2nd photo's and put in bubble solution and blew it up with a straw. The 2nd photo shows the middle of the vase. I used a black velvet backdrop to get the background. The lighting was tough to do and not get any highlight blowouts. Please comment as much as you want. I wont always agree, but any comment always gets me thinking.

I like the left hand image best ! The sharpness of focus, the colours, the black background and especially the wide spectrum of colours effect on the surface of the central part of the bubble. In my opinion an excellent pair of photographs.

Very inventive but difficult subject and well executed with clever lighting :-)
