It's chromatic abberation, the M4/3 14-150 is quite prone to it.Apart from that it's a great little walk round lens.
I'm not an LR user but I'm sure there must be a tool to remove it.In my work flow Silkypix has a great CA removal tool, one click and it's gone.All the best

Looks like CA? There's a corresponding red tinge on the RHS of the rock.
