Just my kind of image, especially #1. Must have been an enchanting occasion just being there.

I do like the first generally but not keen about the mass of seaweed in the foreground.
I would prefer a 'cleaner' foreground myself.Dave

Fantastic location timing and exposure spot on, but you asked for criticism, on no 1 I would have used the large rock on the LH side as the fore ground focal point and using the rule of thirds place this one third in from the LH side and had the shore line one third up use those wonderful round rocks and try to frame the RH cliffs but make use of that wonderful sky and the snow cover mountains, the tend to be pushed back.
I wish I had have been there, you have captured the atmosphere fantastically.Barrie Norman

If you mean the large bolder standing up in the sea I could not get too much more left as the water was only a couple of feet away.
I am sorry that I did not move over towards my right some more to try and get that large bolder out of the LH side of the mountain in the distance.
I did have a go at taking it out of the photo but it did not quite look the same with out it.
One of the hardest things I find doing these shots with a "normal" camera rather that a panoramic camera is working out how it will all look when stitched together.
Its even harder the wider lens you use.Near things distort a lot.
Thanks for you comments

Re: E3 & 11 - 22
Hi Steve
Something wrong with your linking the cropped version you say you have done looks the same as teh 1st
I thin Barrie Norman's crop is a little too harsh as I liked a couple of the boulders in the foreground and would therefore have suggested 1/2 way up the 2nd bouder in the foreground (remove the dark bit)
I have to say however that they are better than my usual rubbish sho who am I to coment

Re: E3 & 11 - 22
Your opening version of #1 works best for me as I have an aversion to panos. I am a great advocate of deep foregrounds even if littered with kelp. It may not be tidy but short of a lot of prep with a pitchfork it has to be accepted as typical of the location.

I think the large bolder in the foreground keeps drawing your eye back to it and distracting the viewer from a stunning image, but every one to their own!Barrie Norman
