I suspect that's a gas supplier selling to narrowboat owners.
That reminds me, I need to purchase our winter supply too. We mainly use wood to heat the house but we have a modern gas boiler and central heating to radiators, but three large propane cylinders used for a maximum of half an hour each morning will barely last the winter and costs us £450
