I meet the strangest people & insects

We had a nice warm and sunny day yesterday so I went to the park for a short walk. Not much to see of birds, flowers or insects but I did meet these characters in the arboretum and the kids area of the arboretum.

This young lady is often adorned with sunglasses, hats, scarfs and flowers and fruit in the baskets. Not sure I agree with that but at least they don't vandalize or mark anything.



The next two are from the kids area of the arboretum.

I'm not familiar with Bill & Ben and had to look that up. I don't think that was shown in the USA. I think the Tin characters on based on the Woodsman from The Wizard of Oz and Follow the Yellow Brick Road. Not 100% sure of that so if anyone knows more please correct me.
