    Here are some of todays collembola or springtails all taken with the 90mm f3.5 and MC-14

        Alf, I think the mite is a Snout Mite.

        The one above it looks rather like Podura aquatica. Was it near water?

          Thanks for the mite info. The one above was found on rotting wood as I have a few times in this location and suggested as Hypogastria sp. as on this previous shot https://flic.kr/p/2n3JHM7
