Google says it is probably Salticidae/Phidippus pius
This tiny spider was on a wrought iron railing and I almost put my hand on it. I'm glad I didn't as I'm sure that would have killed it.
When I tried to photograph it went under the railing and it was too dark to get a shot. I got my macro lens and the little Olympus FL-LM3 Flash. We played a game of peek-a-boo as every time I got down low enough to find it and try to take a shot it would move back to the top. The first shot shows it just peeking above the railing and the 2nd shot is from under the railing and has been rotated. Both have been post processed and severely cropped.
