      Yes Kidwelly Quays often produces a good day, for birds. I was surprised to see so many lizards there too..:-)

      Thanks Dave. The 1st photo is with the 75-300mm, and the 2nd is with the 300mm f4 Pro. I did use the former for some of these fast BIF's, but they were not up to scratch. Maybe me though...
