Coot race

Hi,

When trawling through all photos taken last year I remember this quite nice sequence of a Coot race taken with the OM-1 using SH2 and the 300/F4. The sequence is around 80 frames in total, and almost all of them have focus spot on.

I came up with the idea to create a composite using Lightroom panorama. It took me some time to identify the frames that LR would accept and create a panorama with equidistant splashes. And then some fine polishing to eliminate unwanted artifacts.

That works well! I’ve tried the same with sequences, composites like this help to show the dynamic of what was going on I think.

Often the SH2 mode gives a good short sequence to play with.
