College Lake Nature Reserve

Anne and I spent a rather hot day walking around the site - much seen and enjoyed.

Whilst resting in a hide we heard movement behind us and found a rather large brown ball on a platform through a largish hole.

I think the pix that follow tell the story - took a little with the light, colour and movement and how it evolved.

I have been to College Lake too it's a nice little place

An interesting sequence with the pheasants.

College Lake is always good. I was actually there last Thursday morning meeting a friend for coffee and some short walks. There were loads of Marbled White butterflies about.
