pair of incoming ducks at high tide .. the main difference between the bird tracking on the om1 and the m1x is the latter will track up to 6 birds at once where as I have found the om1 only locks on to one . a small difference but it makes the M1X more useable in a coastal environment , taken using BBF which I don't normally use . works fine though
Weird Dennis as I’ve just bought another 100-400 hopefully arriving today .. have you read my post on illuminating the focus points that’s very helpful with b.i.f to .
The OM1 mk2 will track upto 8 subjects in a frame putting a light frame around each of the tracked subjects and a heavy frame around the 'active' subject which it will continue to track as things move around. You can switch to a different subject with some button/dial combination.
Good to know for future upgrade info ,what I need now is a camera that leaves the house on its own , takes the photos , and comes back with fully processed shots for me to post 🥺🤯
