Grey Heron Takes Flight

We all have to have a go. Typical attempt against a bright sky, s the underside of the wing was underexposed. I have had a few attempts in post processing to bring out the detail but not getting the results I wanted. In some I have more detail, but the colours show artefacts which look like noise, which is odd as the file is 200 ISO. I suspect a lot of the issues is the original image is not as sharp as it might be and the wing movement is causing blur ?
