  • Praise for the 12-200 and re-enactors

Both do a great job in my opinion! Taken at the Commanda ry, Worcester on Saturday. A `multi re- enactor` event, quite eclectic. Pen F and 12-200, a great combination in my opinion. Tim

A brilliant set of character shots. Really well done Tim, i'd say the photographer did a good job too.

Many thanks. I enjoy this sort of event because the re-enactors are up for being photographed. Unlike normal street photography where I am far more cautious.

As my trans-Atlantic cousin would say, quite good (smile)! Could not find any Exif metadata, interested in the parameters for the B&W snaps, is it possible to put the major Exif in them? Particularly interested in focal length, ISO, and use of the PEN-F B&W or artistic settings, thanks. (Tried the 12-200, returned it as its 200 seemed to be a little worse than my 12-100 at 100 and cropped to the same FOV. May have had a poor copy.)

If you download the photo, (save image as), all of the Exif data is there............:-)

Just as an aside.........it was a bit of an experimental day for me. I was trying auto iso instead of my usual 200 with the range of 200 to 6400. I was also trying auto white balance. I did not use the Pen F mono feature but merely destaturated colour shots in post. The idea in my head was to allow the camera to do most of the work, short of using P mode. Jury is out!.

Tim, they all work well. Letting the camera do the work is what it's for. You have concentrated on the subject, which is the "destination", and the journey is a small part of the result...

My bad, did not "Save as" properly, Exif all there, thanks!
